Pacific Sun Estates is a quiet, gated community with easy access to beaches, mountains, shopping, dining and lots of outdoor activities. We have plenty of friendly neighbors there and the condo is very relaxing -- just like home!

"Pez Vela" is a large, upscale condo that offers a relaxed "home-away-from-home" vibe for families and friends to enjoy. We enjoy its private, "all-suite" design (each bedroom has its own private bathroom). The fully equipped kitchen is also perfect for foodies and those who love to cook.
