Fenced yard! Enjoy coffee in the gazebo, yard games, or 1-block walk to the riverfront! 15-20 minutes to wineries, 45 minutes from STL. Family friendly, we even have a kids nook! Location perfect for memory making. Enjoy the music-themed living room with a record player and plenty of games for your group! 4 BRs, 4 en-suite bathrooms ensure ample space. Guests love that everyone gets their own bathroom! Washer and dryer located in basement.

The house is very charming and spacious. We really liked how each of the rooms has its own bathroom. It was very clean, and nicely decorated and full of little details which made our stay enjoyable. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. If we ever come to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

The Vitality Retreat is everything you can want and more. The host is extremely responsive. The house is clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to downtown Washington, MO. My family stayed here for a weekend wedding at Triple 3 vineyard. From the luxury towels to the little things like having a bottle of wine and snacks available upon your arrival, I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars!

Loved this home!! So warm and comfortable. The towels and sheets smelled wonderful. Loved the goodie basket with chips and wine!! There were 7 of us there and we had plenty of room. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the back yard. Plenty of seating and a covered porch so we didn't get wet when it rained. Walked to downtown stores and was an easy drive to st. Louis. Would definitely stay again. Also, Katie, the host was responsive and very kind. Thank you to her for making her home so welcoming!!

The Vitality Retreat was a wonderful experience. Our family & us stayed there to attend our daughter's wedding at a local venue. This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

Amazing hidden gem

To put it mildly, this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was wonderful and stressless. The location was ideal for all the things you would want to do in the Washington area. On top of that, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and nicely appointed.

Furnishing and developing this home have been one of the biggest achievements in my life, and I take a lot of pride and joy in making this place awesome for guests! I am a mother of an awesome 10-year-old son and we love coming to visit and making the house better every time we visit. We have a tradition of going to the local thrift store and thrifting items for the kids nook.
