My name is Jose Munoz, I moved to Miami in August of 2018 from New Jersey and currently reside in Coral Gables with my wife and two young children. I am a real estate agent and cover all of Miami and Miami Beach, so if you have any questions at all about places to visit or things to see while you are here I will be more than happy to direct you.
I have spent many years traveling the country and the world, using vacation rental services almost everywhere I have gone, so I really enjoy being on the hosting side of vacation renting. I own a house in the Florida Keys that I have been renting for a few years and I am excited to also be managing this apartment here at the 1 Hotel, closer to home.
From all of my past travels I understand how important the setting can be to the lasting memories you have of your vacation. So if there is anything at all that I can do or provide to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please do not hesitate to ask, it is my pleasure.

Why they chose this property
In my opinion, the 1 Hotel is the best hotel in Miami Beach. It has many things other properties just do not have like its beach club, Anatomy gym, and rooftop pool. The location is fantastic being beachfront and close enough to the best dining and nightlife options Miami Beach has to offer yet still far enough away from the commotion of Ocean Drive and the entertainment district of Miami Beach.
