Welcome to 'Hayward Home'. Located in a great Central Eugene location, this comfortable retreat is less than five miles from Autzen Stadium, and within 10 miles of the University of Oregon campus. Numerous shops, bars, and dining options are also within walking distance of the home. There are also some great golf courses nearby if you're looking for some outdoor recreation.

After the day's adventures, fix up a home-cooked meal in the eat-in kitchen, unwind around the living room fireplace, or hop in the standalone tub for a replenishing soak. Spend summer evenings gathered with friends on the outdoor patio and grill up a meal to share using the provided barbecue. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

The house was so cute and very clean. It felt homey and welcoming. The location was amazing, just minutes away from everything we went to. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. We will definitely be staying again!

Great home base for U of O families!

We came from the East Coast for sophomore year drop-off for my University of Oregon student and this property was exactly what we needed. We had enough room to spread out without tripping all over each other as we would in a hotel room. The neighborhood was really nice and I enjoyed my morning walks through it. Extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants, although I do recommend having a car when staying here. Easy check-in, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home in a great location

You can tell the owners put thought into making this home cozy and welcoming. We stayed here for about a month and found it overall comfortable for our family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bedding. Tub for the kids. Great shower in the primary. The one thing (the ONLY thing) we found disappointing was the couch. It’s laughable how uncomfortable/cheap this thing is. You can’t bear wait on the arms because it feels like it will just fall apart. I’d recommend replacing it with something gently used on Facebook Marketplace that comfortably seats a group , because the room is a great space. We would have liked to enjoy it more, but the couch only comfortably seats one adult and maybe a toddler. I hope the feedback is helpful because I’d otherwise recommend this home in a heartbeat. Unbeatable location and great space. Thank you!
