We use a 70% alcohol based antibacterial solution on all surfaces including inside and outside door handles for the safety of all our guests.
This property is within easy walking distance of the beautiful Fern Canyon trail and waterfall in Russian Gulch State Park and Point Cabrillo Lighthouse State Park with uncrowded sandy beaches north and south. Ideally located to indulge in one adventure after another. Good fishing for Lingcod and Cabezon is right in your back yard. There are also hiking trails, beachcombing,, kayaking, cycling, winery hopping, gourmet dining or B B Q ing the "day's catch" while taking in the incredible view at the house. It's all here. The back yard enjoys 227 feet of ocean frontage set 30 feet above a calm-water cove that provides fishing or gathering mussels. A glass protected deck and walls of windows offer an endless attraction for watching the resident colony of Harbor Seals basking in the sun with their pups on the reef below, migrating whales, porpoise jumping and pelicans in formation as they glide inches above the water. It is truly AWESOME!

Our daily rate is for double occupancy (2 persons) $66 per additional guest (6) guests maximum) infants excepted. Due to its close proximity to the bluff top, Seal Reef is not suitable for children age 1-9. OCCUPANCY STRICTLY LIMITED TO PAID GUESTS. Cleaning fee is $175 for 2 guests (one Bedroom) for any length of stay......

International credit card fees (3%) will be assumed by Guest.

Seal Reef is completely turn-key with free WiFi internet, plus streaming NETFLIX movies, PANDORA music and Basic cable TV. It is tastefully furnished including a FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with fresh ground coffee and all essential herbs, spices, oils, condiments and QUALITY COOKWARE & BAKEWARE and sharp knives . Also included : blender, toaster, mixer and food processor, food storage containers and bags. Also has all modern stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops throughout , stone and glass showers and hardwood floors. All the comforts of home and MUCH MORE in a private beachfront community.
