Private Cottage on 38 acres with two ponds and lake access.
Cozy cottage with covered deck and lots of space to roam. Has two ponds on the property for fishing and a short walk to Lake Eufaula. Some of the best crappie fishing on Lake Eufaula right out the back door with several coves on the lake. Backs up to Corp of Engineers property. Great hunting right out the back door for deer, wild boar, ducks, geese, and doves. Fantastic sunsets over Lake Eufaula. A must see in the evenings!

Dave and Jan Humke own this property, as well as a ranch in Colorado and land in Louisana. We spend half our time at Lake Eufaula at a home in Longtown Landing and half at our ranch in Colorado.
Why they chose this property
We first purchased this property in 2006 and began renting it on VRBO in 2010. In 2018 we rented it long term and decided to put it back on VRBO recently. We had excellent reviews with VRBO and the number one item mentioned from guests was the seclusion and sunsets.
What makes this property unique
This property provides a lot of privacy and outdoor living. The ponds are stocked with bass, catfish, and crappie. The lake is within walking distance from the house and has several coves with excellent fishing.
