The intimate complex of nine condos offers an exclusive and private experience on Seven Mile Beach. The shared amenities include a fully equipped gym, a spacious pool deck, heated spa, beachfront infinity pool and loungers, just steps away from one of the world’s most renowned beaches. If you visit during the summer months you may be fortunate to witness nature at its finest, as this is the time of the year when turtles nest along these secluded sections of beach.

The Space:
Inside Sea Breeze # 3, you'll find 3,000 sq. ft. of livable space across four-bedroom suites, a media den, and a private oceanfront balcony. The high-end condo features coastal furnishings, vibrant accents, an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room, and a fully equipped media room. The primary suite has a king-size bed, stunning oceanfront views, TV, a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and a whirlpool tub. The three other bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms include one king and two queen-size bed configurations, with the media room offering a queen-size pull-out bed. The laundry room comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, cookware, flatware, glassware, and cutlery. The formal dining table seats eight guests, with an additional seating area on the kitchen peninsula for four more guests. For a truly memorable experience, hire a private chef for an evening of fine dining or a spectacular champagne brunch while sitting outside on your private balcony with outdoor dining furniture.

In addition to these amenities, linens, beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers are provided for your comfort and convenience. Families traveling with children can also request Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, snorkel gear, paddleboards, kayaks, etc. to enhance your stay.

Sea Breeze is serviced by an enclosed elevator on each floor, including access to the private garage with two parking spaces provided during your stay.
