This beautiful, spacious condominium is situated on the southern part of
7 mile beach. With breath-taking ocean views and a convenient walking distance to Georgetown and many local restaurants, you will absolutely love this unit!

This spacious condo features 3 bedrooms, all with their own private baths. (*Note: Each bath has a small amount of start-up toilet tissue provided. Also, the number of towels and rags provided is based on the number of renters). The Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a large flat panel TV. The master bath has a jacuzzi-type tub with jets. There is another large bedroom with a king bed and tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, a large closet and hall bath with a shower. The large, bright kitchen and breakfast area is equipped with all needed appliances, and many spices for your use. (*Note: A small, start-up amount of paper towels and trash bags is also included). There is a large dining table in front of the patio doors, and an adjoining Den area that has 2 fold-out couches that can make into double beds. Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi internet access, a quiet beach area with beach lounge chairs, and a large, maintained swimming pool.

There are plenty of things to do here at Grapetree #7 to occupy your time, from dining or shopping in town, to reading or snorkeling the cool sunken shipwreck, located right in front of the property. This 3 bedroom condo has ample space to make an entire family more than comfortable. Book your stay today!

Our condo is on the southern end of 7 mile beach. It is a ground floor, end corner unit, with an ocean view. The ocean is out to the right, and the in-ground pool is over to the left.There is a nice patio area with table and chairs as well as grassy areas beyond the patio and on the left side of the unit.

There is a public "bus" (actually a mini-van") available for public transportation

Effective June 1, 2018, CHECK IN Time is 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT Time is 10:00 am.

A start-up amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and a laundry pod is provided to get your stay started. There is a grocery market nearby where you can purchase any additional items as needed. Also, towels and rags are provided that correlates to the number of renters. Wash towels as needed. There are also 8 colorful towels stored at the patio door for your use at the beach.
PLEASE NOTE ALL CANCELATIONS WILL HAVE A 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.

The condo was very large, clean and well updated and most importantly right next to the ocean! The complex itself was quiet and the beach area and snorkeling were fantastic. We also appreciated the communication and information from our hosts about things to do and places to go. Highly recommend!!

Susan and Bill were so responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect! Right on the water with all the toys! The snorkeling was so much fun and we could walk to great restaurants and shops. It felt private but still in the mix of everything. We hope to go back soon!

Beach Getaway

Patio leads to the beach/snorkeling entry to the right and for those who want the swimming pool, its just a few feet to the left. Really cannot beat the easy access to water activities. Great location to grocery, dining, airport and the neighborhood bar. Everyone enjoyed the visit.

Great Christmas Getaway

We arrived Christmas Eve and had a wonderful time. We were close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the private beach especially with 2 little boys that love to dig! We love the Caymans and would stay here again.

My happy place!

Our family loves this place as this was our second trip here. The place has beautiful views, a private beach and everything you’d need on the beach or pool visit in a closet. There are several restaurants you can walk to and it’s an easy drive from the airport. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Cayman Dive Retreat

Great location, with a beach and swim area, kitchen stocked for cooking in, nice beds, nice extras (like beach umbrellas, porch, side sitting area, 2nd beach area), walking distance to grocery, beer/wine, dive store, pubs. Host is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall a great place for our visit where we could dive, relax, and enjoy the island.

Perfect Vacation

What a wonderful property we would start each day with some of the best snorkeling just steps from the condo. Tired of the ocean, hit up the pool. Never got a car great location walked to some great restaurants easy cab to the airport and diving. Home is well appointed, well stocked kitchen plenty of towels etc. looking forward to making this an annual retreat

Snorkeling Right Out the Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We snorkeled right in front of the condo. We did snorkel around the shipwreck, but at the time we stayed the snorkeling was better close to the condo. We spent a lot of time watching the cruise ships which was fun. The swimming pool was very nice. Lots of good restaurants to walk to. Great location!

Fabulous vacation in paradise!

I can’t say enough positive things about this condo and our experience! It’s an end unit, ground floor, right on the beach. We loved having coffee looking out in the water each morning. Just beautiful. 3 master bedrooms with 3 baths too!

Even though we arrived during an uncommon North Westerly, we were able to enjoy our stay. The condo looks out at the ocean and is steps away from the beach. The owners sent us weather updates and were fantastic. The weather cleared and we enjoyed the rest of our week on the the beach.

My wife and I have 5 grown children. Our main priority in life is showing the love of Christ and making Him known to all that we can. We also love being grandparents. We currently have 6 grand kids.
Perhaps our best trips have been to Grand Cayman and Israel. I love the movie Courageous and War Room by the Kendrix brothers. Stephen Curtis Chapman is my favorite singer and song writer. We love adventure and the awesomeness of God's great creation. We also love to hike.
Our life motto and verse is Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He will make your paths straight.

I surely hope we don't offend, but I do love Christ with all my heart and love to talk about Him to all who want to hear.

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted a beach condo that was on the ground floor, was right by the beach, and was spacious enough to sleep our large family. This unit is perfect! It is spacious, private, and gives us the breathtaking ocean views we have always wanted. It is also just a few steps from the pool. We LOVE this unit, and call it our "Happy" place.
Now we can share this place with others as we also enjoy it ourselves!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this unit because of its size and location! Our condo is a spacious, ground unit, on the end, so it is private-- it is walking distance to many of our favorite places to shop and eat , so it's pretty awesome-- and it is right on the beach, so it is perfect! Our favorite part about this condo is the gorgeous view of the Caribbean sea that we have just outside our doors and windows! We love listening to the ebb and flow of the waves, and feeling the warm breezes blow - Ahhhhh, our Happy place!
