Short stay visiting family

We selected this property because it had multiple recliners. However, none of them worked. They wouldn't recline. The instructions to open the lock box was confusing. We thought it opened down. It's more like you press down on the open and towards you, not open and down. This was mainly a place to sleep, we didn't use the kitchen except for the refrigerator. Very comfortable beds!!!! Hotel beds are always hard as a rock and we both prefer a soft mattress. Seemed like 2 of the 3 were soft and the 3rd seemed harder. My father in law was supposed to be with us, but he had health issues and couldn't make the trip and it was too late to cancel. For only two of us, staying at a hotel would have been cheaper and closer to family.
