Very comfortable well stocked and excellent location

We love this house, had a fire pit looked at the stars. Great neighborhood to walk only a block off of main street in Kanab. Close to hiking and a that is fun.

Charming Cozy Home

Very cute and clean. Excellent location within walking distance of the main street of shops and eateries in Kanab. Great place to make home base while exploring southern Utah and northern Arizona. Hosts are quick to respond, very helpful, and kind. Enjoyed our stay here very much and would stay again if we’re ever in the Kanab area.

Great Family Getaway

Taylor was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to help make our stay as pleasant as could be. The house was very clean and right in town. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Home base adventure trip

Excellent stay! 2 couples in our mid 50’s that stayed in Kanab as a home base for some hiking adventures. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. The furniture/ beds were very comfortable . The house is walking distance to restaurants, stores and hiking trails. We enjoyed the yard and fire pit. The views from the house were amazing. We would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

Very happy we stayed here! Great location for visiting Bryce and Zion. Grocery store nearby. House was very clean and very cozy. Had everything we needed to operate away from home.

Great location!

Location, location, location! This home is an excellent home base to hit some amazing sights. 45 minutes to Zion National Park and a little over an hour to Bryce Canyon National Park. There are also beautiful trails to explore just minutes outside of town. The home itself is very comfortable with a nice modern esthetic and it had everything we needed. Don’t miss out on the excellent coffee and breakfast burrItos at Nomad Coffee and for any outdoor gear needs and also good coffee check out Willow Canyon Outdoor. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in a great property

Clean, comfortable and fully equipped. This is a charming property a very short walk to downtown Kanab. This was a wonderful base for our trips to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim and Horseshoe Bend. My wife and I agree that you won’t be disappointed if you choose this VRBO property for your stay in Kanab.

Lovely house in Kanab

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful house. Very clean, cute. Beds and showers were great. Washer and dryer were very nice while traveling with family. Lovely little town and great hosts!

Great place to stay!

This was by far the best rental we had on our 2 week traveling vacation. It was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The beds and couches were comfortable. The deck had a beautiful seating area complete with adorable kids play house. The location was great and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

Exploring Utah/Arizona

Great central location from several places to explore and National Parks. A very cozy, home away from home, kind of feel. Quiet neighborhood and the patio is a perfect little retreat. Living room couches were comfy and had enough room for everyone.

Hi, we are Kenna and Taylor! We are life long residents of Kanab, and love the area we live. We spend most of our time chasing our kids and enjoying the area we call home.

Why they chose this property

This property was our first home, after extensive renovation, this home seemed too good not to share. Being a block from down town offers a unique mix of being far enough away that it is a quiet neighborhood, but also close enough to walk anywhere in town. Thank you for considering this property. We are glad we can share our home with you.

What makes this property unique

This house is in the middle of town about a block off of the town square. It is on a quite street with minimal traffic.

It has a fully privately fenced yard with lawn, porch, bbq so you can enjoy your stay outside.

close to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, and everything else you would come to Kanab to enjoy.

Community events are close enough to walk, come enjoy the 4th of July, Balloons and Tunes, Battle of the Bands, or any other event and stay right in the action.
