Welcome to Desert Dreams townhome, your clean comfortable home base for all of your Southern Utah adventures. Situated near red rock cliffs and centrally located near Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. Just 35 min to Zion we offer everything you need for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, community pool, hot tub and gym.

Located in a quiet, friendly, scenic community, Desert Dreams is a bright, desert themed townhouse with room for the whole crew. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, and an outdoor patio perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring nearby national parks.
With comfortable queen beds, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s designed for both adventure, and downtime.

Living room-enjoy the comfort of a living room that includes a smart tv for your entertainment, along with a dedicated workspace for work or study.

The main floor also features a half-bath stocked with paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, lotion and hair dryer.

Kitchen-the well equipped kitchen features a convenient laundry area with a full washer and dryer. Included is a coffee/tea bar, seating for two at the kitchen bar, and a dining table that comfortably seats six.

Bedrooms- “upstairs” you’ll find three cozy bedrooms, each featuring comfortable queen beds, spacious walk-in closets and blackout curtains to ensure a restful nights sleep-ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom offers a smart TV and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind under the stars.
The shared bathroom is designed with convenience in mind featuring a Jack and Jill layout: one entrance directly from the master bedroom, the other from the hallway. Two separate sink areas that can be closed off for privacy
The bathroom is fully stocked with essentials including a hair dryer under each sink, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper, and lotion.
All bedrooms are equipped with two lamps, featuring USB-C, USB and AC outlet charging ports.

Conveniently located near Kanab City Park(Jacob Hamblin Park), skate park, tennis courts, city pool, as well as several local hiking trails.
Just a short walk/drive to charming downtown Kanab, where you’ll find many restaurants and shops.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather used towels and put them In the designated laundry area
Make sure to return pool key on the hook where you found it. Lost pool key will result in a $250 charge to replace it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Kindly remove shoes before stepping on carpets, to help us keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests.

I wish I could give 6 stars! This property is clean, comfortable, with cute decor, and so many thoughtful details and touches. The host, Calleen, was very attentive through the entire process. The kitchenware was top quality and well-stocked (spices, oils, coffee, tea). We were welcomed with snacks, hot chocolate mix, and waters in the fridge. This is the kind of place that is clean and comfortable, which means it feels like a home away from home and you rest well. This is not our first time to Kanab and won’t be our last. This will be the first place I check when we return! (I rated the pool 5 stars, but we didn’t actually use it bc it was cold - our stay was in Dec. The pool was closed but the hot tube was open!)

Best rental yet!

This was a perfect place to say. I stayed here with my husband in an hour 10-year-old daughter . It was Perfectly located in between Bryce national Park and Zion national Park. There was tons of things to do in the area other than the two parks. I cannot say enough good things about the rental itself. It was the cleanest, most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was nice. Even the cookware and the knives were decent. You don’t normally see that in a rental. Anything you needed was there. colleen was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. She also reached out a couple times to make sure we were all set.Highly recommend this place.
