Our entire experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The owner was responsive, and the home is beautiful—it was a very comfortable place to return to at the end of a day of outdoor adventures. We spent five nights in this beautiful home in Kanab (two couples) and had a wonderful time. We drove to Zion and Bryce for day trips. We also drove to Cedar Break National Monument and did local day trips around Kanab. The first thing that strikes you when arriving at this home is that you don’t need to go anywhere else for stunning views. We would have liked more time to use the amenities (fire pit, pool, bikes, grill) but we did sit on the back patio each evening to relax. This house is very modern, clean and has everything you need to cook, do laundry and watch a football game. Our host was available and responsive. We would like to stay here again in the future.

I don't usually write reviews but this home is great! It is a beautiful well taken care of home. Floor plan is lovely, great location, fully working kitchen, spotless, wonderful host. I highly recommend it as a place to locate out for all your adventures in Kanab and the surrounding area.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed local hikes (k-hill was our favorite) and day trips to Zion, Bryce and antelope canyon. Pool / hot tub in the clubhouse was great after a day of hiking. Kanab is a fun town with delicious food. Best friends animal sanctuary was also a good stop and scenic drive. Would recommend. Scott was also a wonderful host, providing round the clock responses and recs.

Amazing Stay

This home was a beautiful and incredibly clean home and stocked with all that you might need. It was a wonderful base place to stay for visiting Zion, Bryce, and Lower Antelope. We would stay here again without a doubt and wished that would could have stayed here for the other parks that we visited. Scott is an amazing host!

Perfect location and beautiful house

This house was stunning. All the amenities were great and the beds and showers were exceptional. We used the house as a home base for visiting Bryce, Zion and the Grand Canyon. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here and have a wonderful place to come home to after visiting the parks.

The house was immaculately clean and the most well stocked home we Have aver rented. Scott was always available and gave great suggestions on the Kanab area for dining and shopping. The views from the house were unbeatable.

This Kanab gem is perfect and stunning! We fit six people here very comfortably and had everything and more that we needed! Bedrooms are adorable, kitchen is fully stocked, everything is labeled and organized, bathrooms are stocked, and there are even games and puzzles. The back patio was very cute with a beautiful Utah view! The clubhouse with the pool and hot tub was the perfect place for all of us to relax after a long day of hiking! Kanab is the perfect town for a southern Utah getaway! Scott was a great host, this was one of the top houses our family has ever stayed at and we will have to come again soon!

Is this Earth? or Heaven?

This land is otherworldly. Being from Florida, my nine- and seven-year-old daughters were blown away. We hit all the parks: Zion, Bryce, GC, and even had a dusting of snow on the way to GC in mid-October. Scott was amazing, although there was nothing we needed from him, because the place was perfect. Highly recommended and can't wait to return.

Scott’s and Eden’s attention to detail is unbelievable! The home is incredibly clean, had everything that we needed, and is so beautiful. We visited Bryce Canyon and Zion and Page/lower antelope while we were there. If it had been closer to the other parks that we visited, we would have loved to have stayed there the whole time. We would come back again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. (The view out back is awesome as well.)

This house and Host (Scott) were amazing! The place was well put together, comfortable and had everything we needed! The views the neighborhood and the beautiful red rocks with stars just breath taking!!! Scott was the best hosts with suggestions and constant contact made it even better. The neighbors are so wonderful and the area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful! I cant say enough about our stay it was a 10+ and then some. We did a lot of activities including Bryce and Zion and many more!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Kanab. The home itself is lovely and stocked with many essentials - quality shampoo, hand soaps, detergents, coffee, hair dryers, etc. The hosts are communicative and helpful, and the detailed guide book they provide about the home, neighborhood, Kanab, and the many surrounding places to see reflects their attention to detail and dedication to hosting. Kanab is the perfect place to stay if you want access to Bryce, Zion, the North Rim and other amazing sights from one central location. The neighborhood itself has indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, and a community center with a pool table. Our family loved taking advantage of these activities in the evenings. This was a great place to stay!

Our stay at this house was fabulous! The best place we have ever stayed, for several reasons. The owners obviously show great pride in their home. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and very clean. They had an excellent guidebook, as well as an App with great tips and suggestions! The beds were very comfortable, as was the entire house. The location is fantastic, between Bryce, Zion, Glen Canyon and many other hiking trails and sights to see. The owners were so easy to communicate with through before, during, and after our trip. Can’t say enough about this rental experience! We will definitely stay here again when we can!

Excellent home away from home in a convenient, beautiful & quiet location

One of the cleanest, well equipped and most accommodating places we have stayed at. From prior to arrival to even after leaving, communication was superb and helpful. There are many kitchen appliances (crockpot, etc), grill utensils, etc that came in or would have come in very handy. I just can’t say enough. 3 bikes are supplied, a closet full of games, and my personal fav thing - a binder full of useful info for the house and surrounding area! Would definitely return and can’t recommend enough! Scott & family truly provide a ‘home away from home’.

Amazing property!

This property in Kanab absolutely exceeded our expectations. We decided on the location due to its proximity to Bryce/Zion and that worked out perfectly. The home itself is immaculately maintained and updated, and filled with lots of luxury items like special soaps, shampoo, and much more. The property owner also had lots of little amenities like free coffee, paper plates, laundry detergent etc. We’ve stayed in lots of places but have to say - this was the most generous! We grilled out nightly too and had access to an indoor and outdoor pool, which was great after strenuous hikes. Overall, such a cute little town and Scott, the owner, was very kind and generous with us. I would highly recommend this place!

This property was perfect for us and a great location (very quite). The house was very well stocked, from spices and pots & pans in the cabinets to coolers and bicycles in the garage. We have stayed in a dozen VRBOs and this was the best and has set a new standard for 5 stars for us. Other then well stocked it was the cleanest place we have every stayed. Scott was attentive to us then entire trip which made me feel much better if something were to go wrong in the house (nothing did). Overall, I can't recommend this enough. Great experience at this VRBO.
