We've recently updated the interior of the home to ensure that you have a comfortable and stylish stay.

And if you're looking to unwind indoors, our 55" HDTV comes complete ready for you to add all your favorite streaming services, including Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, HBO Max, and Netflix.

SHEETS and BEDDING: Leave all beds you have slept in or even sat on UNMADE. DO NOT take out of the room - leave on the bed. All will need to be laundered by my cleaners.

Charming home

We only stayed a couple of nights but this home was exactly what we were looking for. It had rooms for everyone in our party and a fenced in yard for my dog. The host had excellent communication with us the whole time and really thought of everything you could imagine needing. Short distance to stores and the beach and an overall quaint neighborhood. This place is an excellent choice and will definitely be staying here again!

Although the place is a little dated it had everything we needed. It was clean, very private and in a good neighborhood. Tamera the host went above and beyond to assure we had a pleasant stay. We hope to be return customers!

The neighborhood is very nice with close proximity to grocery stores and Walmart 5 minutes away. A wonderful large park(eagle lake park) is less than 1/2 mile from house with an entrance just north on S. Lake ave with paved walking paths and walkout decking for lookouts over water areas. Beds were comfortable. The room with the bunk bed has an en-suite shower. Temperature permitting, the screened in porch was private with wicker couch and chair and round table and 4 chairs for morning coffee or evening relaxing as a separate place for families to spread out. An extra light for porch would be a nice addition after dark. If elderly or using DME to walk, the dining room is one step down which also is how you access the screened in porch and bunk bed room with en suite bathroom. Tamera was incredibly helpful, flexible and accommodating and very quick to answer any questions we had. If cooking, we did bring our own mixer and long serrated knife. The dining table had 4 chairs but could easily seat 8. Chairs from kitchen table or screened in porch table could be brought in to increase seating. We would stay here again.

Most attentive host!

Superbly clean home, very comfortable beds and in a very quiet neighborhood. Felt very comfortable taking our little dog for walks around the block. When our host checked in with our stay, we told her the house was wonderful, but mentioned the fry pans were worn out and TP was low. She had replacement items shipped to our doorstep the next morning! And continued to make sure we had everything we needed during our week stay.

The host was very welcoming and easy to contact with any questions. This is a nice quiet neibirhood which we appreciated. The highlight of the house is the large screened porch at the back of the house. Room for lots of guests to relax and enjoy the nice Florida weather. The house itself was well furnished and the host was responsive to questions, etc. The other highlight is Eagle Lake Park just a few blocks away. It's huge with all kinds of trails that make you feel like you're not in the city at all, but it's also very safe, I felt comfortable walking by myself.
