This newly remodeled triplex Unit A is in the heart of Arlington and features a big open kitchen with spacious living room. The shower is a double shower. Master bedroom is a king size bed, with a reading area with brand new smart TV. Bunk bed is a twin over full. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with smart TV.

Walking distance to Arlington Memorial Hospital and surrounding medical facilities. A very short distance to UTA, downtown Arlington and the entertainment district. This newly remodeled and furnished triplex is in the heart of Arlington and is designed for traveling professionals. The single triplex consists of three separate units, A, B and C, each with its own kitchen, laundry and shared access to the backyard.

This is unit A which has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a double shower. The kitchen is extra large with a large island and large dining table. The unit has a washer and dryer and access to the backyard through double french doors or the side fence gate.

Parking is shared between all three units and consists of a two-car driveway and free street parking.

The backyard amenities includes a brand new large deck, a hammock, lounge area, outdoor covered dining gazebo, propane grill, fire pit area with 6 chairs.

The property was filthy and did not have a hot tub as mentioned in the listing. I also experienced having nasty sheets, no fire wood or propane for the fire pits. The floors were dirty, hair was left in the bathroom sink, cob webs were on the outdoor furniture, and I had to go and buy cleaning products and laundry detergent. Im very disappointed and my birthday weekend was ruined due toy party having plans to get in a hot tub. This was a very busy weekend in Dallas area and I specifically looked for homes with hot tubs or pools.And I was hooked on a false advertisement. I would like a full refund !

I spent a lot money time attention for remodel and decorating as like I am doing my own home! I work few minutes away from this house, I can go in anytime need to. I love this location. it is exit high way 30 to main street Cooper. center location to go Grand Prairie , Fort worth, Bedford, Dallas, for travelling nurse or professional, for UTA students. for tourist to go six flags or AT & T stadiums .

Center location. very well furnished and decorated. nice back yard for outdoor relaxation and entertainments with hot tub and patio table, grill , fire pit. covered gazebo dinning table. pet friendly!
