About this property

Walking distance to Arlington Memorial Hospital and surrounding medical facilities. A very short distance to UTA, downtown Arlington and the entertainment district. This newly remodeled and furnished triplex is in the heart of Arlington and is designed for traveling professionals. The single triplex consists of three separate units, A, B and C, each with its own kitchen, laundry and shared access to the backyard.

This is unit B which has all three bedrooms and one bathroom with shower upstairs and the kitchen, bathroom with tub and livingroom downstairs. The unit has a washer and dryer and access to the backyard through the back sliding glass door or the side fence gate.

Parking is shared between all three units and consists of a two-car driveway and free street parking.

The backyard amenities includes a brand new large deck, a hammock, lounge area, outdoor covered dining gazebo, propane grill, fire pit area with 6 chairs and a brand new 4 person hot tub with LED lighting.
