No illegal activities or drug use allowed on or inside the property. No loud noise at 10 pm - 9 am. No smoking inside, there will be a $350 charge.
-Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents. -Biweekly cleaning /charge is required for 28 days+stay.. -$25 for every 1/2 hr late ck out.
Pets are allowed $175 per pet fee. Please pick up pet's waste/no pets left unattended or kennel when away. Late check out for every 1/2 hr =$25

My host Lisa checked on us several times during the visit and even provided baby items for my infant that I ended up needing. Also if you have a pet she also provides a lot of the pet essentials because I didn’t bring my dogs bowls and they were provided. The house is beautiful itself and is decorated beautifully and if you have children there are several games including the life size connect 4 in the backyard with the fire pit to enjoy in the cold. She also provides a lot of essentials if you forget anything she has essentials that you wouldn’t even expect to find that a hotel wouldn’t even provide if you forgot it. Also if you have any issues they come immediately to assist with anything that arises. This was the best stay I’ve experienced honestly and I will be using them again even if it’s at one of their other properties. It’s also really close to a lot of things so nothing I needed was a long drive.
