OUTDOOR LIVING: This is what you come here for! The backyard features a large diving pool with the option to heat it in the winter months, gas fireplace & propane fire table (propane provided), lounge chairs with umbrella, outdoor dining area, 70” Samsung Smart TV, bar w/ seating, bluetooth speakers, giant Jenga, Connect 4, cornhole, and plenty of pool floats and toys.

BEDROOMS: Catching up on sleep in your home away from home is a priority! There are 6 beds all featuring premium mattresses, luxury linens and 3 types of pillows to choose from. Each bedroom has a Samsung Smart TV, an essential oil diffuser with a selection of high-quality oils and an Echo Dot which will play music or white noise and provide a wake-up alarm so you don’t miss your tee time. Three of the 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans with remotes, and we have provided 4 portable fans for your comfort to use wherever you feel they are helpful.

KITCHEN, DINING AND BAR: Let’s eat! The large, open kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a gas range and oven. All the necessary equipment is at your fingertips for whipping up a culinary delight including: Ninja blender, toaster, griddle, electric kettle, ice tea maker, Keurig coffee and latte maker, Henkel knives, pots/pans, serving ware, dinnerware and all kinds of utensils. There is seating at the kitchen bar for 3 and 10 in the spacious dining area with banquette seating. The bar is stocked with ample glassware and all the tools to make the perfect cocktail.

LIVING ROOM: Get comfortable on the designer leather sectional or luxurious velvet chairs and gather together to listen to a selection from our record library or use the record player as a blue tooth speaker for your own playlist. Prefer to watch your favorite shows? Netflix, HBO Max and YouTube TV are provided on all the house TVs including the 65” Samsung in the living room.

Quiet outdoor hours are 10 pm-9 am. Please respect our neighbors and the governing ordinances by the City of Scottsdale. There are noise decibel monitors on property, which do not record audio, but track how loud the general environment is and send alerts when a reminder is needed to turn it down a bit.

Getting around is easy as The Tarsten is located just off the 101 highway and is just north of the 202 loop as well. There is plenty of easy parking for a rental car or 2 in the garage or in the driveway. Uber and Lyfts are plentiful and quick in this area or if you are feeling adventurous you can rent a bird electric scooter!
