Sea the View has, undoubtedly, the best views on the island. Sea the View is the last oceanfront house on the west end of the island, showcasing the most amazing sunsets year-round. This luxury home is nestled on the beach amidst 50 beautiful palm trees. This unique location is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Shallotte Inlet, the Intracoastal Waterway, and a 24-acre natural preserve. There is even a new front porch with the perfect seating area to relax and enjoy phenomenal inlet views!

With panoramic views of the ocean from nearly every window, this open, airy, and beautifully appointed home provides all of the amenities you'd expect - a private oceanside pool (open from Easter - October) and patio, two over-sized decks (one covered), cable/smart TV in each room, Fiber Optic Mesh network for whole-house Wi-Fi and the convenience of a Hobbs Smart Home system!

Everyone will have fun with the putting green with balls and putters provided! Ample space is what makes this home ideal for our guests, including two family areas, a dining area, a breakfast nook, and seven bedrooms. A gorgeous chef's kitchen, with room for all the cooks in the family, includes a 14 ft. island with bar-style seating, a double-door commercial refrigerator, a second refrigerator, an ice-maker machine, a gas stove, two dishwashers, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a Keurig. These kitchen and dining areas, which can seat 20 people, make meal preparation, entertaining, and cleanup a joy. Please note that the 7th bedroom will need to share a tub/shower with another bedroom. There is an added half bathroom for convenience.

The exterior includes a direct boardwalk to the ocean and features high-grade exterior furniture on the upper deck with seating for 15, and a covered lower deck with seating for 10, including a deck swing and a sofa. In addition, there is plentiful poolside furniture and a gas grill to add to the fish cleaning table, outdoor games like corn hole, croquet, and a basketball hoop. A booster seat, high chair, and pack 'n play are available to accommodate everyone.

With the daily tides comes the option to play in the natural tidal pools, hunt for that always elusive sand dollar, jump the waves in the ocean, or cast your line from three different perspectives. Actual distance to the sand and surf is subject to change, as are the dune structures. Sea The View is designed for family fun and is waiting for you ... it just so happens to be in paradise!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a minute of surf and sand!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
