we loved our week stay! you can watch the sunrise from the balcony every morning. the view is 10/10. condo was clean and the balcony has plenty of room. only negative was the parking we had two cars and it was very difficult to navigate in and out of the very small designated area.

The condo location is excellent. Right on the water and extremely close to Fort Fisher and the Aquarium. The club house was right across the road with a gym, indoor pool and hot tub. The realtor sent text and emails giving directions and updates so communication was excellent. The place was very clean with very nice features.

Beautiful unobstructed ocean views with a short walk to the Fort Fisher recreation area. The pool and fitness room were well kept. We had an issue with the TV. We were unaware that two separate switches shut the TV and WiFi power off so they should be clearly marked so future guests could avoid that issue.

We come to the Carolina Beach area 8 or 9 times a year for work and for pleasure. And the rental process is always a breeze!

We chose that condo for the hot tub and indoor pool. The hot tub and indoor pool were both closed. I cannot swim outside in the sun so the outside pool was of no use to me. It is unfair to change what has been offered in the listing without giving people a chance to change to a different location. All three adults in our party were very disappointed. It may not seem like a big deal to others, but it was to us.

Quick trip

Set up great for the 3 of us- great view. Will book again! We liked being away from traffic. Place had stocked kitchen/towels/sheets. Beds/floors/bathrooms all very clean. Only issue was some dirty dishes in the cabinets as if the last guest stuffed them away instead of loading the dishwasher.

Very disappointing

When we first get there it was evident the place needed some tender loving care. The couch was dirty and felt dirty to sit on as did the chair. There were no coasters to sit drinking glasses on, so they must not care about there furniture. There was only one full roll of toilet paper extra for the whole week. No hand soap, dish soap. So we had to go out and purchase those things which was outrageous due to how expensive the condo was. The wine glasses had to all be washed because they had a thick coat of yuck on them. There were no spices at all for cooking. In the bathrooms there was no little soap dishes so the soap we had to purchase just made a mess. In fact it felt like highway robbery what we got for the expense. It was very disheartening. The girls at Carolina realty were as helpful as they could be. The responsibility really was with the Condo owner. So vacationer beware and stay away from this particular property.

Positives: Condo was clean and views were spectacular. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Condo was very roomy and decor was lovely.Negative: There are 43 stairs to get up to the unit. challenging. There is an elevator available but it is a couple hundred feet away.

This condo was in a perfect location, and had what you needed for cooking. The deck was most comfortable for viewing and enjoying the outside. The beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Fort Fisher was an added bonus. We hope to return again!
