CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 40LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

One of our best stays ever

Relaxing with my tortoiseshell cat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week in Corpus Christi visiting relatives. The condo was close enough to get to all my relatives, friends and the attractions without a long drive. And was located in a lovely, out of the main hub of the city, quiet and relaxing neighborhood. When we return to Corpus I am hoping this condo will be available.Our biggest concern was finding a place that takes pets, specifically cats. Our tortoiseshell cat is 13 years old and we prefer to have someone watch her when we vacation away from home or to take her with us. She has never been boarded and I believe she is too old to have a first experience of that. After so many false starts with properties that said they take pets only to find it was only small dogs, I was ready to give up vacationing in Corpus. When my husband finally found this condo, I was over the moon.After we arrived and settled in our cat stalked the new area and then curled up in her bed. We were relaxed, she was relaxed.Our vacation was lovely and made even better since she was with us and we did not need to be concerned with her welfare being boarded.

Probably Should Keep This Find a Secret

Very professional and efficient management. Booking and check in were a breeze. Communication was perfect from start to finish. Found all the information we needed in the downloadable app and again provided in print when we arrived. We did call with one question regarding guest parking - (the parking signs at this property are a little confusing). The call was answered on the first ring and the advice was friendly and helpful. The parking was in fact great - two spaces steps from the door and plenty of guest parking. The location is A+++ - right in the center of everything - minutes from Mustang Island State Park, Padre National Sea Shore and multiple other beach access points. A few minutes the other way over the causeway and you’re in Corpus Christi - HEB plus , restaurants, the University, downtown Corpus and Ocean Drive. Port Aransas is only twenty minutes away. There’s a Circle K, Starbucks and a Whataburger within walking distance. What else could you need? Rental was very clean and looks almost brand new. Beds and furniture were comfortable… not the cardboard Wayfair stuff you often find. Outdoor shower and hose is super helpful. Pool is tiny but well kept. Fenced in breeze way gave the dog a place to stretch his legs. Overall a great rental experience. While the unit was pretty well equipped - the consumables were lacking. No dish soap or hand soap, no shampoos - no snacks😕. Those are nice to find.

Vacation with the family

We were so pleased with how clean and new this property was. The appliances all work great. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. This is a great location and we will definitely return for another stay.
