**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

The unit was perfect for our group of 3 fishermen. Right on the canal and close to boat ramp. The beds were comfortable and we especially enjoyed the spacious living area for lounging and watching sports. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our catch. Would definitely stay there again.

Over Night Stay

When we arrived the code we received was not correct and we had to call and get a different code. No a huge issue but a bit of a hassle when we arrived. Location was great and close to a few good spots to eat. These are condos and they are stacked on top of each other. So when the neighbors above us arrived at midnight they did make some noise that woke us but after that they settled in and we enjoyed the rest of our night.

Beware of extra fees

Happy with condo location and roominess. Brought our boat and actual slip was too small. Description of one of the rooms shows 3 beds but it is actually a trundle pull out in a very small bedroom. Be prepared to pay extra fees to management company. Vrbo fees plus management fees. Will not rent this one again due to that. Other than that it is a nice condo.

We enjoyed staying at this location. We have owned vacation rentals on the island in the past and would say this one was very clean and livable. There was a problem with the dryer, which we reported, and the elevator which was repaired the same day we reported it. The appliances are relatively new and the kitchen supplies were a step above what we have seen in past rentals and even better than what we had supplied in our own rental. This location is a good location if you are planning to spend time in Corpus. It is about 20 minutes from Port Aransas but if you have kids, there are a lot of things to do on this side of the island and in Corpus. The beach is about 5 minutes away and PINS is about 15 minutes. If you fish, Packery Channel and inlet are 5 minutes as well. Having stayed all over the area, this location is a good balance between activities in Corpus and on the island. Unless you plan to spend all day in Port Aransas, everyday, I would consider staying on Padre Island rather than Mustang Island (Port Aransas).

Need a good night sleep!

The condo unit was perfect for what we needed. Close to the marina for fishing and in an area with options for meals and shopping. The kitchen was severely disorganized with pots, pans & dishes stuck in random cabinets with no rhyme or reason. Cooking utensils were just thrown into whichever drawer was closest so I had to go searching every time I needed something. That alone wouldn’t have made me give this place a lower rating. It was the fact that the master bedroom bed was so broken down that when my husband got in, we both rolled to a deep hole in the center of the bed. I had to pull myself out this hole every morning, like a mountain climber climbing the summit of Kilimanjaro. The last issue was the TV in the guest room. We were traveling with my disabled brother who spends most of his day in his room watching TV, but the Roku device on the TV in his room did not work. I reported it, explained the situation & asked if they could provide another streaming device. It was simple request,$20 from Walmart, but they never seemed to understand what the problem was so we ended up having to buy one ourselves. If the bed was decent & the TV worked, it would have been an amazing place to stay. If I had to stay in this unit again with the same bed, I would decline. If the bed is replaced, we’ll be back in August. We’ll just be prepared to bring a device from home for my brother.

Poor cleaning conditions

When I arrived at the accommodation, it was not cleaned, so I had to vacuum and organize it as soon as I arrived at the accommodation, and some dishes were not clean to use, so I turned the dishwasher and washed the dishes The cleaning was so poor that I didn't feel good during my stay. The swimming pool was also unsatisfactory because it was not clean and not managed.

Nice and clean. Comfortable couch and beds. On a canal, kids enjoyed the pool. Padre's pizza right around the corner is good. Two issues I had were both boat related, one was parking with the boat trailer, the reference to parking on the street is not accurate, it's always full. If bringing a boat with you do homework ahead of time, most ramps are private or do not allow overnight parking, secondly the owner left their boat on the lift so the rental team found another lift around the corner for me to use.
