This is an upper unit in a building with just eight units, four up and four down. Very clean, nicely appointed and updates throughout. Condo can be used as little as seven days or as long-term winter rental. Please note hotel tax is waived for stays longer than 28 days.

We love the property and the Prescott Preserve that the back of our condo faces. The property is very well maintained and quiet!
What makes this property unique
The former golf course the condo complex sits on is in the process of being converted into a nature preserve. This allows for great views and a quiet space right outside the unit. It will only continue to get better and better! We have great views of the mountains too!
