The hotel/residence staff were excellent and the check in process was fairly simple, even with the required application download for the apartment key. However, the apartment was nothing like the pictures. The apartment was extremely dirty - scratches all over the walls, drains in both bathrooms were clogged, the dryer was not functional, and the artificial plants had large amounts of dust on the leaves. For the price point of this apartment, I would definitely not recommend staying here. It needs a lot of touching up.
