Hola! We just completed our first week ever at The Hacienda Beach Club, and it was amazing. Our host was very accessible to us and even came by to say hi at the pool one day... It was great! Compared to the other properties we have stayed at along Medano Beach, the HBC was cleaner, more personal, and roomier. It has a boutique feel from the moment you check in, and the pool and beach have top-notch service and views. This is a property that we will definitely visit again!

Pictures alone do not do justice to this incredible property. Second time we’ve stayed at the absolutely amazing Hacienda Beach Club resort. Extremely well done remodel, high end throughout, Allison did a great job communicating with us. The staff is there at your every need. Pools are never crowded and the location is superb to not only the marina but some of the best restaurants in Cabo like Tres Sirenas, Edith’s & The Office. We will definitely be back to stay in this specific Hacienda!!!

Hacienda Beach Resort was spectacular as always, but the host of this unit goes above and beyond. We booked last minute and Allison promptly helped us with all arrangements. Eve, the chef, surprised is with margaritas and homemade quesadillas upon our arrival which was such a special touch. The condo is beautiful and corner location offers incredible views. 10/10 recommend this one!

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful furnishings and unobstructed view of Sea of Cortez being a corner unit. We traveled with another couple and enjoyed playing pickle ball in the mornings and then coming back to preparing breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen and eating out on the deck overlooking the water. It was nice to have daily housekeeping too. The resort amenities were awesome and loved the spa close by plus being able to walk to the Marina and other restaurants. Allison being owner/manager was very easy to communicate with through email or text. We would definitely like to schedule a return stay next year if possible.

A great getaway with a dreamy view!

The condo is exceptional, comfortable, well appointed and well thought out. The views are the best you can hope for and the attention to detail in the luxury condo is amazing! Daily cleaning service is a treat and the ease to your own washer and dryer doesn’t disappoint. Calling a golf cart for transportation couldn’t be easier, although the condo is located very close to the main clubhouse where you find the pools and restaurant. Security is effective and efficient, staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. I would stay again!

Wonderful Residence at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences

Yet another wonderful stay at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences (I believe our 7th or 8th time). However, first time staying in this residence, which is managed by a wonderful property manager Allison (so very responsive, thoughtful, and clearly focused on ensuring you have a great stay). This residence sits on the 4th floor and thus has amazing sweeping views of Medano Beach and Land’s End. It’s very well appointed: high end while comfy furniture, both inside and on the patio; super comfy beds; power showers; fully equipped kitchen; spacious and so quiet; conveniently located in building #4… which means very close to the main building/pool/beach/and spa/gym; nice A/V options inside including Sonos.Further on location, you’re a few mins down to the beach, and an easy 5-10 min walk to several lovely restaurants (including Edith’s, The Office, Sur Beach Club, The Italian Job, and Las Sirenas). You’re also a stone’s throw from the Marina!Hacienda’s Resort Team is best in class! Super attentive, friendly, and so committed to personalizing your stay. Overall, a lovely residence that we look forward to renting again. Ps: Don’t miss Chef Eve’s very warm and delicious greeting upon arrival… custom delivered and prepared in your residence. :-))). My husband and I purchased at the Hacienda pre-construction and have been happily living and sharing our Hacienda home to guests ever since. It is an amazing property in the best location with a community of owners who have become close friends. We spend 6 months each winter in Cabo and love the people, the culture and especially the food!

Why they chose this property

We have been frequent visitors to Cabo San Lucas for +20 years and are very familiar with the old Hacienda Hotel which used to occupy this lovely 22-acre property. When we found out that Don Koll (Palmilla, Cabo del Sol) was purchasing the property from the Parr family with plans to develop it in to a full ownership development, we knew this is where we wanted to call home. It is truly the best location in Cabo and on the best beach. This development lives up to its 5-star rating, no detail has been overlooked. We are proud to be owners!
