This home has an open floor plan and is a great place to relax while exploring the many offerings of the greater Phoenix area, as it has excellent access to the East Valley's freeway systems and is less than five miles from numerous shopping facilities and restaurants.

Enjoy watching the golfers tackle the challenge of the 17th hole from the comfort of your living room, as this property sits right on the green of the Desert Sands golf course (or join them for a round of golf yourself!).
Freeway access is less than half a mile away, and this property sits close to Costco, Starbucks, Superstition Springs mall, and Bell Bank Park, as well as being within 20 minutes of Superstition mountains, Salt River rafting, or Usery Mountain Park.
