Our curling team spent a weekend at this awesome house for a bonspiel at the Cincinnati curling club. Great beds, easy check in and check out. Lots of room to hang out with our teammates! Would absolutely stay there again!
The location of the property was great. The house meet all of needs for the weekend. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was awesome. We did have an issue with the lock. However, the property manager quickly answered our call and got us in.
A group of six friends stayed here while attending the Cincinnati tennis tournament. This house was well located between downtown and the tennis venue in Mason. Shopping and restaurants were nearby and concenient. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood (except for the cicadas!) and is well maintained. The four upstairs bedrooms are all spacious and the downstairs areas are perfect for hanging out, eating, watching TV etc. Courtney and her husband have obviously pur a lot of effort into updating an older home and making it renter friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Oh yeah, and there's ping pong (a high quality Joola table even!)
We stayed here for a three day weekend with our our son, his wife and five of their children. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, reasonably located near I275. The ping pong table was a big hit with our son's family. Communication with the host was timely and effective. The four bedrooms are all upstairs. Our grandson slept on a sofa downstairs. The kitchen was well furnished. We did not use the washer or dryer. Relative to accessibility, there are steps to get into the house, even if you go through the garage, which is the location of the ping pong table. There is a solid hand rail all the the way up the steps to the bedrooms. The toilet in bath off of the master bedroom is low and there are no bars, but the opened door can provide stability for getting up. Unfortunately, there was a good sized wrinkle in the throw rug under the king bed in the master, which can be a trip hazard for those of us with mobility issues. We were aware of it and did not fall. A night light in the master bath would be a nice addition.
