This property's location is wonderful. Easy walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants in Orient Bay. Luvee is very helpful and gave us several travel tips during our stay. We would highly recommend Discount Car Rental too - we rented snorkels/beach chairs from them and pick-up/drop-off of the car was a piece of cake!

Beautiful house, several minute walk to Coco Beach and the OB Plaza where the restaurants are. Luvie met us upon our arrival, was great explaining everything and keeping the house clean. Overall great place to stay in OB.

Everything about our rental was excellent. The Host was very kind and let us stay later due to an unforeseen military event, and Luve was incredibly helpful and kind. The location is great, approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach and beach clubs, and 8 minutes to the restaurants in Orient Bay Beach

Excellent location

Our family of four stayed here and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the beach and many nice restaurants with very good food. The house pool is highlight of the property- water temperature was excellent and atmosphere excellent.

Week-long stay in Orient Bay

A group of 8 family and friends was very comfortable in the villa. We enjoyed the pool, cooking, and walking to the beach and restaurants. The house was kept clean by Luvie who was there every day. The location is great - convenient to everything Orient Bay has to offer. We enjoyed our time!

Beautiful house, perfect location

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Belle Mer. The house is beautiful and very clean. The outside lounging and dining areas were a big plus. The location could not be better- an easy flat walk to the shops and beach clubs in Orient Bay. We hope to come back next year!

Paradise at Villa Belle Mer

We enjoyed the villa’s outside ambiance of pool and terrace area for eating and relaxation, while still being close enough to walk to the beach and village. Wonderful restaurants nearby.The interior provided a nice central area for evening chats, while each of the 4 friends had her own bedroom suite.Initially, the owner was so helpful in talking to us on the phone from Florida to direct us to the villa after becoming lost.

We had an excellent experience. The only problem was the map location on VRBO was not correct and we had some difficulty finding the location on arrival.We rented a car which was very helpful. You can walk to the beach and shops/restaurants but driving was much more efficient and parking always easy. There is a local tennis and pickleball facility (American Tennis Academy) that we enjoyed. No ocean view from first floor or pool but it is very private and most of the homes there lack that level of privacy.
