Good to Know Before You Book:
· Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book, provide a government-issued ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit (up to $500). Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
· Landscaping & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property.
· Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras (floodlight) with audio are in use on the property.
· Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.

· Leave used linens on the bed.
· Place towels in the laundry basket—no need to wash them.
· Load and start the dishwasher.

Great place to stay

Everything was great, the only thing I will change is having a table a bit bigger, but other than that, the amenities were beyond the expectation, super nice and cozy space, close to the main roads. The host was super accommodating and diligente, answered super fast, great shower, the laundry room super well equipped. Fantastic place, we had a phenomenal time!

Within Walking Distance

The best part of this rental was that we and our guests all winter in a HOA and having them within walking distance was like we were there, just a short walking distance away.We will definitely use this rental again in the future!

Cute house

Cute and clean. Kitchen small but well-appointed. Stayed Thanksgiving week and did all the cooking at our son's place so can't evaluate what really using the kitchen would be like. Good wifi. My husband and I were both able to work the first couple days with no problems. Strictly a rental property, no personal items out which is a positive IMO. Would stay again!

Traveled to WA for family member wedding. I was traveling with my mom and aunt who are both elderly. The house was very easy to access with their limits. All questions were answered in a timely manner. The house sits in a safe neighborhood. Cody and Victoria are great host. When visiting the area again will stay their again.

This house looks a bit dark from the outside, it actually is a dark color, but on the inside it is bright and cheerful. It has a small but functional living area and kitchen. The back porch holds a washer and dryer and a door to the big back yard. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and small bathroom. This house would have been fine for us if it hadn’t been summer in Seattle. There is only one window air conditioning unit and it just wasn’t enough with the heat at that time. There were plenty of stand alone fans that certainly helped, but nights were still a bit uncomfortable. On the other hand if you are going to be in the area when the weather is more like Seattle weather usually is, it would be a lovely home. The parking is on the street, and the neighborhood was family oriented. Close to everything but not the crazy crowded Seattle type area. A great home all in all.

This VRBO experience was exactly what I would hope to find each time I rent a property. Immaculate, well appointed, and convenient. The host was an excellent communicator and responded quickly and appropriately. The icing on the cake were the unexpected extras…from cute decor to thoughtful touches. Great stay in a cozy modern Shoreline house!
