Yosef, our host was a terrific with communication, updates, and staff information. Staff at the property were kind, helpful, informed and quite calm but efficient during the CDMX early morning "seismic event!" The courtyard & rooftop areas were relaxing. The location is secure and centrally located. Gelato & Crepe shop across the street was delightful. Lots of options close by for food, banking and evening activities. Highly recommend!

The staff member who greeted us each day was excellent and was kind enough to hold our luggage for a few hours after checkout. The showers had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash.
