January get away from cold weather

Great location with beach two minute walk away and semi-private pool The place could have been a little cleaner and some basics like kitchen towels and cleaning products were not there. The delivery of groceries from Baileys General store (before we arrived at 8PM) was a major plus.

Great Sanibel Location

This was a great location on the island, just a half mile walk to the lighthouse. We did have a few issues, but Royal Shell was all over it. I do not blame the owners of the property or Royal Shell for the issues. If they were not made aware of them, they could not have them fixed. Once I made the call, they They fixed and corrected everything while being very concerned about disrupting our stay. They were polite and very prompt at making our stay wonderful. I will book with them again next year for sure!!

Beautiful place to stay.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Super clean and supplied with literally everything you would need. Even dish soap, laundry pods and bathroom supplies. The storage unit had anything you would want for the beach. Beautiful view off the back screened In porch. Short path right to the beach. The pool was small but very nice. Great location. Our family felt right at home. We loved biking, paddle boarding and of course the gorgeous beach. We saw manatee, dolphins, starfish, turtles and tons of beautiful shells. We highly recommend staying here. Royal Shell proved true on everything they said the house was and more. They were super easy to deal with and made our stay stress free. We can't wait to come again!

Great time with a few bumps

Great time and very nice home. We had a great time and were very impressed with everything, and the location is great! The only annoyance was the neighbors in the other home. They had a construction crew for 3 days using impact drills and compressors. Not exactly peaceful. I understand this nothing to do with this property, we just got unlucky on our timing. We will be coming back!

3rd times the charm

Our 3rd time visiting Sanibel. 2nd time at Seagrape Village. I love the ease of the rental process using the App. Seagrape #3 was great! 1 issue with air conditioning but was remedied within a couple hours. We love the location and the close proximity to the ocean & the pool. Highly recommend Seagrape Village. Until next time🏖

Sea Grape Experience

The property was great. The only one thing I would suggest is to have a daily cleaning of the pool. The tools for the pool example is the screening net is broken. I think this property should have pool service done daily early in the morning. Other than that great property!

I love this property! Our family vacation was first class by staying here! It is perfect for being close to the beach and pool! It is safe and quite! The Kitchen was wonderful with everything we needed and bedrooms great! We will stay here again! Love it !

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse. Great location!

My family enjoyed a wonderful beach vacation in this Sanibel townhouse. Lots of amenities including beach chairs and beach umbrella. The salt water, heated pool is shared by only 4 units and was never crowded. We saw dolphins, seabirds including lots of pelicans, and tons of shells.

Fun time on Sanibel

As usual Sanibel is a great place to visit. Seagrape 3 needs a good thorough cleaning. Noticed the edge of the coffee table was dirty, due to people sitting there with their feet resting on the edge. Of course there is no help for people like that who do not respect other peoples property. The pool lounge chairs appeared to have mold on the webbing. We love Sanibel and always look forward to our vacations there. The shell museum and CROW are our favorites. Good martinis at Matzaluna and Doc Fords. Also like Doc's new location.

Great vacation stay

Spacious home. Comfortable for a family of 8. Great beach access and private beach. Beautiful view from master bedroom and living room. Close to good restaurants and grocery store. Nice walking trails. Would definitely come back.

Paradise!

This was our family’s first trip to Sanibel and we will definitely be returning! The unit was beautifully decorated and provided more than enough space and amenities for the seven of us. The breathtaking view of the Gulf is literally the first thing one sees as the door opens and it only gets better from there. Although there are four units in the Village, we almost never heard or saw our neighbors, which made us feel even more relaxed and secluded. The pool is directly off the stairs and is well maintained and the gorgeous white sandy beach is a quick leisurely stroll through palm trees and other tropical plants. The best thing – no overcrowded, loud beach shore! Sanibel is truly a hidden gem and the best atmosphere for a quiet, relaxing family vacation to make lifelong memories!

Great location

My family of 6 stayed in this wonderful beach retreat for a week and we could not have asked for a better location. We walked down to the lighthouse every evening to watch the sunset and shell along the way. We also rented bikes and road to breakfast and shopped at many of the great shops. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer came in very handy. We all look forward to a trip back to Seagrape!
