***NO PARTY
***MAX CAPACITY IS 14 people, at all times at the house, regardless of sleeping or visiting, the total count must be 14. If you exceed, we will charge $60 per person per night between 3pm and 11am.
***24/7 SECURITY CAMERAS POLICY:
NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME but 2 cameras inside garage , 7 cameras OUTSIDE , 1 front door, 1 back door, 2 driveway, 1 outside gate , 1 right side, 1 left side of the house. All outside cameras can actively 24/7 record sounds, photos, videos.
We ONLY place camera devices in public, common areas such as garage, EXTERIOR boundary, front entrance door, back exit door, driveway, gates , left-right sides of the house , etc , for safety.
We NEVER/ DO NOT place cameras in your private bedrooms. EACH CAMERA FLASHES TO PUBLICLY INFORM YOU THAT THE PUBLIC AREA IS 24/7 RECORDING.
