Please note: Perdido Sun will be undergoing an extensive restoration project. There is currently no set schedule in place from the property at this time as it is at the mercy of materials and the weather. Here is what to expect:

• Anticipated start date is mid-October 2024 through March 2025.
• Swing stages will be present around the exterior of the building.
• Intermittent balcony closures. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs.
• Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. (Significant noise and dust)
• Limited to no parking due to storage of materials and work areas.
• Brief access to unit may be required. Given the nature of work, property will only be able to provide short notice.
• No amenities seem to be affected at this time.
