Clean rooms. Great view. Loved how close to the beach it was. The lock didn’t work but maintenance came so quickly. Only negative was the elevator. One was out and the other was slow. Love the Perdido Sun!

Amazing view! Very kid and family friendly location. Heated pool was a game-changer for an October trip with cooler days. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Not super crowded beach since the building is smaller than surrounding condos. The unit was extremely clean. It’s a little worn in, not brand new, but very homey and cozy. Doesn’t take away from the stay. Plenty of space and well equipped. The only cons were the check-in and check-out process requires you to stop by the realty office. Just an additional step and time. The property management company was easy to reach by phone call, slower by text, but didn’t always check back in with us to resolve an issue. I had to reach out to them.

Little piece of heaven

Very clean and comfortable beds, although sofa sleeper could use another mattress. Kitchen has everything you need from the utensils, to dinnerware and small appliances. Everyone had a great time..will definitely stay again !!

Perdido Sun

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Perdido Sun! The unit was exactly as described and the pictures showed. We loved the corner unit and we all (including our two teens) had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy when needed. Our favorite feature was the master bedroom with the amazing window view! Enjoyed breakfast on the spacious patio each morning. Bonus that the unit had a washer and dryer and the drying rack on the patio was a great addition for wet towels and clothes. The beaches weren’t too crowded in the area. Would definitely stay here again! The only drawback, which didn’t affect our stay, was the strong car odor, which an air purifier would easily solve. Thanks for the hospitality! 10/10 enjoyed and will be back!
