About this space
Hidden beneath a veil of tropical foliage, this contemporary beach oasis resides in the quick side of Isle of Palms, only 3 minutes walk to the beach, and 5 minutes walk to Wild Dunes Resort restaurants and spa. After a morning yoga session in the private backyard, cool off in the saltwater heated pool. Then, curl up under a palm tree with a good book.

The space
Gather with your friends and family in the welcoming, open-concept living room. Sink into the generous sectional couch, and take advantage of the 55" flat-screen smart TV to access your preferred streaming services. If you're in the mood for a movie night, feel free to whip up some popcorn for movie day.
Additionally, we provide chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys for the beach, surfboard, bodyboard, and beach towels.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 the master features a king-size bed, a spacious closet, with patio.
Bedroom 2 has a comfy king-size bed and a closet to unpack your belongings.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with bunk bed twin over full-size beds, and a Smart TV.
BATHROOMS
Each of the home's 2- 1/2 bathrooms have towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Bathroom 1 is an master bathroom with double sink vanity, and a luxury shower.
Bathroom 2 is conveniently located near one of the other bedrooms, with bathtub.
Bathroom 3 is a half bathroom and sits off the main entrance.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for family or friends. You'll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, both with seating for six, so you can choose between dining outside or indoors.
OUTDOOR SPACE
It's easy to enjoy the beautiful Isle of Palms sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large refrigerator to keep your beverages cold.
There's also a gas grill, golf putting green, basketball hoop, ping pong table and beautiful lush garden along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay.
To heat the pool there is a $140 fee per day. Please note, pool heating must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival. No extra fee to heat the jacuzzi.
Pool Service:
The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Saturdays.
Landscaping Services:
To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on weekdays.
Trash and Waste service:
We have a service company that takes out the city garbage bin to the street and they will put it back inside the garage the following day.
Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles on the driveway, one small car inside the garage.
Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but we do not allow parties, gatherings or events. There is also no smoking inside the house.
There are fines up to $1087 and/or thirty days in jail for violating city of Isle of Palms rules.

The guests will have access to entire property
