Eden Roc apartment is a well located apartment, within walking distance of Medran Lift Station, Le Rouge and the centre of town.

This ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment, is situated on the Rue de Ransou. It is perfectly located for those wanting to be close to the ski lifts, shops and amenities.

There is an open plan living and dining area which offers access to a south facing private garden/terrace; two bedrooms and a bathroom which includes a shower attachment, bath, sink and WC. The kitchen includes a dishwasher.

Please note the fireplace has been condemned and cannot be used.

The property comes with Cable TV and WIFI internet access. There is also a separate ski locker.
