DETAILS: Take a delightful vacation at The Happy Seahorse—a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps 13. Located in the scenic Seagrove Beach community, this wonderful 2-story home offers charming coastal views on the south side of Scenic 30A. Guests will love the quick 5-minute walk to Eastern Lake Beach Access, proximity to local restaurants and chic shops, and the gorgeous Gulf views.

Enjoy fresh coastal breezes from the front porch of The Happy Seahorse with matching outdoor furniture and a blue facade. This modern home welcomes guests in with natural textures and colors that create a subtle beachy vibe. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area are great for gathering, socializing, and unwinding. The living area is perfect for relaxing with its large sectional sofa, 2 comfy armchairs, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The adjacent farmhouse-style dining table seats 6 guests with a lovely chandelier hanging above. The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home, including a sizeable 6-stool breakfast bar, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, a beverage cooler, and more. Also, a primary bedroom can be found down the hallway, along with a full-size washer and dryer. To step outside and enjoy the sunshine, take the doors through the living area to the pergola-covered patio, wooden walking path, outside shower, and gas grill. The perfect outdoor space for entertaining!

Guests can retire upstairs on the second floor where the remaining 3 bedrooms are located—2 guest bedrooms, one with access to the front balcony, and 1 bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed. The bunk room also includes a bonus office area for checking email or peace and quiet. Comfortable bedrooms, ceiling fans, and natural lighting can be found throughout this floor, making The Happy Seahorse a fabulous place for large families or friends to rest easy!

The Happy Seahorse offers excellent accommodations and amenities in a prime location. Guests can explore the local area on the 4 adult bikes or 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle included with the property. For fun in the sun, head south on Brown Street and follow this to Eastern Lake Road, then turn left and continue until the road curves right.
