Located on Empire Avenue, just two blocks from Park City Mountain, this condo sleeps 2 guests. Catch the free city-wide shuttle across the street for a short ride to the lifts at Park City base area, Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort, historic Main Street and many other popular attractions.

The bedroom has a nice, comfortable king bed and a full bathroom that has been recently remodeled and have radiant heat floor. There's a fully equipped kitchen, cozy gas fireplace, cable TV and DVD/VCR in living room and TV in the bedroom. The dining table seats 4 plus additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

The complex has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub that is open during summer/winter seasons, private men's and women's saunas, fitness room, underground parking, a common area laundry and free wi-fi. For your comfort, a portable window AC unit is set up in the main suite in the summer. Moderate rating.

Great Location

We had such a great stay at our Edelweiss Haus condo. The location was perfect for a day of skiing. It is convenient to the slopes and shopping with a shuttle stop nearby. We had any questions we had answered promptly, before, during arrival and while we were there. The kitchen is well equipped with what you would need for stay in your home away from home in Park City.

Amazing location!

We spent a few days at the Edelweiss and it was very cozy and couldn’t have been in a better location! The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the bedding was very slippery. Hard to explain but the sheets keep slipping off and it felt like we were sleeping on a slide and slide. Other than that- everything else was perfect!

Great property, amazing location!

One of the best ski properties I've rented from! It was perfectly clean and a great amount of space for the cost. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen to cook. The property location is amazing- right by a bus stop that can take you anywhere in Park City, and we could walk to the lift in about 5 min and right across from the parking lot where drivers have to park anyways. You can't get much closer! 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect location with a freezing bathroom

The location of this property is perfect for skiing. The hot tub was a nice addition at the end of the day. The bad was the place is freezing I think the electro heat in the bed room does my work. I had to keep the fireplace going all night and the bed room door open. The bathroom was like ice. The wall and floor I were ice. To keep the bedroom heated I hand to keep the bathroom door closed. Also the faucet in the tub is about ready to fall off. Overall this peppery is about location but renters should be aware of the heating issue.

Great location, but terrible heating

Check in process wasn’t too bad, only problem was the code they had for the door didn’t include the * symbol that needs to be pressed after the code. Without that, the door won’t unlock and we had to call the property manager/service desk. Our biggest issue was how cold it was! The gas fireplace isn’t enough to heat the kitchen and living room area plus the bedroom and washroom. There was a small heater but we had to keep it running all night to keep the room warm and bring it into the washroom when we needed to take a shower. The wall of the washroom is concrete and the tile of the floor is freezing. I would not recommend this place at all. Location is the only great thing. But they need a serious reno.

Our check in document does indicate that you enter your door code and then adds enter a check mark or asterisk which activates the lock. We are sorry if that wasn't clear. Again, we will be taking all the necessary steps to resolve the heating issues at the property and hope to see you for another visit in the future.

Great place, location. Minor items

The property was great. My only comments are:. 1. It was not clear how to use the tv/satellite. It took us an hour to figure out that the tv was tied to a wall switch elsewhere in the space. 2. The bathroom was FREEZING. The fireplace running threw the temperature off in the bedroom, but even when not running, the bathroom was so cold I wore my winter hat in there. 3. The fridge needs leveled. The door kept opening on it's own. 4. The light fixture in the bathroom is starting to fall off the wall.
