North Peak Condo Available February Vacation!
This a North Peak two bedroom condo sleeps 5. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has three single beds. Fully equipped kitchen will make getting breakfast done so you can get that first chair in the morning. Gather around the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes. This condo is located in building 1 which is the building closest to the pool building. Drive to the slopes and park your car and stay right here and enjoy the ski in ski out. Ski locker available in the ski storage area. There is also coin or card operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
