Enjoy the stunning Pacific Northwest and unwind with your friends and family. This carefully designed and decorated home is the quintessential family getaway, centrally located between dozens of activities and adventures for everyone to partake in. Allow yourself to be captivated by the mesmerizing views, clean, fresh air, and all that the Olympic Peninsula has to offer during the day. Then decamp to the home and end your day surrounded by friends and family.
The home features a modern design and spacious floor plan with tons of room to entertain and make everyone feel at ease. As you enter the home, you will be greeted by all the comforts of your own home. The kitchen is furnished with every appliance under the sun, beautiful countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee and tea each morning!
Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic barbecue. After a hot meal, settle down in the family room for a movie night. The family room includes a Smart TV, a cozy sectional with enough room for all, and a massage chair.
Bedrooms include the master and two queen rooms. The master is fitted with a king bed, private bathroom, smart tv, and direct access to the hot tub. In the queen rooms, you will find a queen bed and vast closet space. The three bedrooms and two full baths offer plenty of space for everyone to keep up with their daily routines!
Additional rooms include the laundry room and access to a commercial-grade washer and dryer. Then a two-car garage with a level-two EV charger; guests can charge their cars free of charge!
Guest will have access to the entire home, including the garage and EV charger. An adapter for the EV charger is required to make it compatible with the Tesla car models. Besides the garage, Guests will have access to the patio and all its magic, such as a hot tub, barbecue, and firepit. Guests can access the expansive backyard and two ponds on the property, one shallow and one up to fourteen feet deep.
We will be available by phone or message, please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This home provides self-check-in. All property & guest guidebook info is available on the app.
The neighborhood is quiet, and the surrounding neighbors are respectful and friendly. The home is up a private driveway that it shares with one other home. Please drive no more than 15mph on the dirt driveway as it can kick up dust for our other neighbors.
There is an abundant amount of parking in the driveway and the garage. We recommend guests get a rental car if they do not have access to their personal vehicle. Moreover, there are public transportation and taxi services in the area.
*Please do not let young children play unsupervised in the ponds or hot tub!*
*The home is on a private well, so the water tends to have a higher mineral content than municipal water. *
The roads to the home are gravel and narrow; please drive slowly, 15mph or less, and pull to the side of the road if there is oncoming traffic that needs to pass. In addition, the home shares a driveway with another house; please respect neighbors and your noise level at night.
- Please don't bring food or drinks into the bedrooms. We hope to minimize the staining of the rugs and linens.
- Our home is on a septic system, so only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.
- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the hot tub, BBQ, Fire Pit, Picnic Table, Porch, Yard, etc., Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.
-Please use the hot tub responsibly and at your own risk. Before using, please rinse off and do not add pets, bubble bath soap, or any other liquids to the water, as this can damage the equipment or create a hazardous environment. Please supervise children at all times when using the hot tub, as it can be dangerous for them. Thank you for following these guidelines and helping to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone."

- Please be respectful of neighbors, and limit the amount of dust kicked up when driving to and from the home.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in
trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that. Please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
- Fishing, fireworks, and shooting are strictly prohibited on the property.
- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate. However, we can not offer outage-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and would recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel last minute.
