Quality inn

This property is connected to the quality Inn so check in was easy at the hotel. Added bonus of breakfast included every day. A little trouble with the temperature of the house, but the landlord/maintenance people were very receptive . Overall nice property.

The house was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the Quality Inn amenities across the street were perfect for starting a grueling hiking day. However, it was also very hot inside (78F)when we checked in, and with only one fan, it took a long time to cool it down enough for us all to sleep. It would be best if the owners provided more fans, or had the cleaning staff start airing the house out, before check in time.

Great location

The staff was friendly and location was great! The interior was what you’d expect in terms of style/furnishing as a house that’s managed/maintained by a hotel. Overall our stay was pleasant!

Great location close to downtown Port Angeles

The house was lovely, very clean and in a great location to easily access downtown Port Angeles. It was also nice to have access to the breakfast at the Quality Inn across the street. Would stay here again!

Overnight stay as Olympic Park base.

Loved this cute place. Comfy and clean. Air conditioning or a front screen door to catch the ocean breeze would help keep it cooler. Would stay again.

it was a nice place to stay

The support staff at the checkin area was very helpful. It was conveniently located to the shops and restaurants downtown, though you have a bit of a climb back up the stairs you take down to them. It does have great views of the water as well.

Great kick off location for Olympic Peninsula adventures

The property was comfortable, nothing fancy. The neighborhood was ok, the Safeway a block away was handy but, there were some shady people living in their cars nearby. Port Angeles is close to great outdoor attractions, but there isn't much happening downtown. ,

VRBO / Hotel hybrid - a great value, and convenient!

This is a really nice little house with a lot of classic mid-century touches but modernized where needed. It was very clean. It is the stand-alone "guest house" of the motel across the street, so you get privacy of a house with the convenience of hotel front-desk support and their morning breakfast and coffee. There's ample parking on the house property for several cars. My major concern would be that the kitchen, while well equipped with appliances and seating, was scantily outfitted with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. - - we didn't prepare any meals there during our one-night stay, but might have found it difficult to do so if required. There's a pleasant front yard but no real outdoor seating or play area. It is very convenient to the Port Angeles ferry, just a few walkable blocks. Be advised that the downtown "steps" which go up from the port and commercial area to the hilltop above are numerous and steep - - not convenient with luggage coming off the ferry. But one can walk a little further around the block and up a paved street to get to this very convenient house which we found to be the perfect place to start our 5 night circuit of Olympic NP.

Spartan Setting

The reviews were good, so maybe we’re an outlier. My family found the house to be rather spartan in nature and with a huge need to be refreshened and made appealing. Not worth the price charged.

Great short stay

We stayed just one night, but it was a great one. We were lucky enough to be able to check in earlier. It was a fast and smooth process. Able to get an extra towel when we needed. Beds were nice and firm. We had a great nights sleep. Toiletries were plentiful. The included breakfast at the Quality Inn across the street was great- self made waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, instant oatmeal, yogurt were some of the options. It did get busy so it would have been nice to have more tables but things still worked out. Would stay here again if we are in the area. Not luxury but hit all the checkmarks for a comfortable stay by the park. Seamless checkout.

Great location but dated property

Home is located in a great location. However, other than that, it wasn’t a place I would return to. The price per night for the quality of the home, was way too high. The home is very dated, no feeling of niceties, no extras that you would expect for the price. If you’re coming in the summer, be aware that there is no A/C and the house was very hot. There are a couple of fans, & some ceiling fans but still very hot. You wouldn’t want to cook anything. The one bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were old, dated but clean. The kitchen was dated, sparsely stocked. Overall the home felt like we were in a “home style “ Quality Inn who owns the home.

Great location, breakfast is a nice perk, but unclear check in instructions. They also mixed up a booking and I had to call them multiple times to get it figured out. The property is not clean at all - fridge was rusting and had stains, no liquid soap for washing hands, very poor shower, thinned out linens. Not a good place to stay with an infant
