The house includes two bedrooms, 1 couch that is very comfortable for a small person, a double bed inside a hall nook, a queen size air mattress, and an outdoor basketball court.

The house is directly adjacent to the front side of North Mountain. Access to Hueco Tanks State Park is minutes away.
