Main House – Casa Del Mar (5 Bedrooms)
This custom-designed home features five bedrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for your group to relax, dine, and create unforgettable memories.

Primary Suite: The spacious master bedroom includes rich hardwood furnishings, a private TV, and a completely remodeled en-suite bath with travertine tile, a double vanity, and a spa-like walk-in shower with bronze fixtures and a rainfall shower head. This suite opens to a private adjacent bedroom—ideal for families with young children.
Upstairs Bedrooms: Three additional upstairs guest rooms include TVs and updated full bathrooms. The “Monkey Room” opens onto a private balcony with partial ocean views—perfect for sunset watching.

Chef's Kitchen & Dining Areas
The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine service station, and all the tools you need for family meals.
