Splash Harbor Water Park and many great restaurants and shops are only a quick walk. Guests that wish to travel more extensively in IRB or want a taste of local living will enjoy the six-seat, street-legal golf cart. Additionally, the house is equipped with a large dock for boat owners or adventurous paddle boarders.

Family get together

This is a wonderful home for a large family get together. Very nicely decorated with plenty of seating for all. Very nice to have the second smaller sitting area and kitchenette downstairs. Beds are comfy and the girls loved the large bunk beds. Plenty of towels both for the bathrooms and beach. Also nicely stocked with soaps and toilet paper! There was a little glitch with the air conditioning but our host Tom had someone there instantly and saved the day, thank you. The pool area is lovely esp after a long day on the beach.The golf cart is a must as parking is limited beach side and the cart has a local resident sticker on it of which we took advantage of. Close to restaurants and a grocery store is only a mile away.Thank you for lovely stay!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The children enjoyed the pool. The first day the pool temperature was pretty warm but kids did not mind. The next day the temp was cooler and felt refreshing. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. The golf cart was great and very helpful. We were wondering about all the remotes that were in a tray in the main living room. No instructions for what they controlled. Minor issues we had were gnats that seemed to be hanging around the garbage disposals. And the ceiling fans were pretty dusty. Over all though this is great place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the checkout process was refreshingly reasonable—no long list of unrealistic cleaning demands like some places have. The property itself was beautiful and exactly as described.The host clearly thought of everything. Pool and beach gear, towels, and all the little extras you might need were already provided, so we didn’t have to run out and buy anything. It made packing and settling in so much easier.We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indian Rocks Beach. Thank you to a great host for making it such an easy, enjoyable trip!

We try to offer early check‑ins and late checkouts when our turnover schedule allows.

We can confirm them within three days of arrival/departure.

You can always drop your bags at 11 a.m. and take the golf cart to explore Indian Rocks Beach while we finish up.
