This beautifully furnished 3 bd 2 bath condo is a short five minute walk to el centro and 30 second walk to the beach. It is located in Los Picos area. The building is equipped with 24/7 security and access controls for safety in addition to a rooftop garden with amazing views and an infinity pool. The condo is furnished with all the gadgets and accessories for you stay including chef type kitchen amenities. The balcony is spacious and had beautiful lounge furniture including a half hammock.all bedrooms are equipped with smart tvs and heavenly beds. You have an infinity pool on the roof enjoying amazing views. You will enjoy your stay no doubt.

This neighborhood is close to the beach and a short 5 minute walk to the center of bucerias. This zone is being developed and one guest to enjoy a little bit more peace and quiet rather than the Golden Zone.
