Guests will enjoy plenty of room to spread out in this vacation home, where four bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of space and options. Our cozy living room opens onto the kitchen and dining areas, making it perfect for entertaining everyone together. Glass doors from the kitchen lead outside to our backyard pool area. On the corner of the home's entrance is an air-conditioned recreation room with a trickle charging station.

LIVING AREA
The living room's Smart TV with Chromecast makes this area ideal for watching your favorite shows or the big game. Two side chairs also offer additional seating.

BEDROOMS AND BATH
We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds

There are three bathrooms in total:
Primary bathroom with a shower, separate soaking tub and dual vanities
Bathroom 2: With a shower, located outside Bedroom 2 and 3
Bathroom 3: With a tub, located outside Bedroom 4

KITCHEN AND DINING
Unleash your inner chef in our fully-equipped kitchen; with its open space extending to the dining and living room areas, it's the perfect place to gather and entertain. The spacious countertops, breakfast nook (seats four), and rustic dining table (seats eight) have everyone covered. Our kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee maker, Ninja pressure cooker with air crisp function, KitchenAid mixer), cookware, bakeware, serve ware, tools, and accessories.

OUTDOOR AREA
Nestled in our home's travertine backyard is a private pool with a grilling station and utensils, a dining table for four, lounge chairs, and an outdoor sofa. In addition to the outdoor amenities, we have lawn games such as cornhole, ladder toss, and lawn bowling. Imagine enjoying barbecue and drinks by the patio, swimming in the outdoor pool, or simply relishing the warmth of the Florida sun!

RECREATION AREA
A bonus feature of our home is the air-conditioned recreational space equipped with a ping pong table, darts, and arcade game. You'll have fun playing with your friends and family!

We want you to feel relaxed and at home, so we provide the following amenities for your comfort and convenience:
Bath: Public Goods™ sustainable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hand soap, lotion, bath tissue, facial tissue, alcohol wipes, makeup towelettes; plush bath, hand, and face towels; and a hairdryer.
Bedroom: Luxurious linens, bedding, pillows, luggage rack, clothes hangers, white noise machine, and ear plugs.
Kitchen: For cooking - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting board, wine opener, can opener, potholders, food storage, salt and pepper, and olive oil. For dining - dinnerware set, knife set, drinking glasses, silverware set, drink coasters, coffee K-pods, chamomile tea, spearmint tea, English breakfast tea, sugar packets, artificial sweetener, and coffee creamer. For cleaning - dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponge, surface cleaner, paper towels, kitchen towels, trash can, recycling bin, and trash bags.

- Kasa welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Kasa, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:
0-6 nights: $25/night
7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.5/night
Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- The maximum length of stay at our Kasa is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.
