Great location, specially for people that want to be close to the stadium, there is everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was really nice and clean, very spacious and had everyhting you need. One bad thing i could point out was the pool being closed for almost the entire day on monday (until 5, and they said it happens every monday) so just something i think they should mention on their booking description.

Do Not Book! Avoid Property!

The property is not managed well. We wouldn't recommend.THIS IS NOT A SAFE AREA! Homeless people are everywhere! Air Conditioning didn't work properly upon move-in! The elevator wasn't working for 2 days! The oven didn't work! Only given 1 apt. key and 1 keyfob. You can't access ANYTHING (amenities, doors, elevator, garage, hallways, etc.) on the property without a working keyfob. We had to develop "tricks" to make keyfob work. Poor lighting. Floors not cleaned well. Residents and renters place their trash in the hallways for collection nightly which makes the place STINK! Hallway carpets are dirty and nasty.Coffee bar not stockedOnly 3 K-cups totalNo paper filters for carafe brewing No dish towelsNo hot pads/oven mittsNo dishwash clothsNo cleaning spongesVery small amount of liquid dishwashing soapOnly 4 dishwasher podsOnly 1 extra kitchen trash bag Severely lacking in sauce pans/skillets. The skillets provided are badly scratched and need to be replaced. Only 1 medium size plastic bowl provided (need a mixing bowl set for multiple sizes)No food storage containersNo kitchen basics like foil, ziplocks, press n seal, etc.No colanderNo extra bathroom trash bagsNo plunger for bathroomsNo hangars in closetThe host responded but kept repeating, "it's out of my control." For the price, it did not meet our expectations. We had to spend a lot of unnecessary time on dealing with these issues.
