This space is perfect for a larger group- that needs separate sleeping spaces.

The house is set back off of the main road, with lots of trees and plenty of parking space. The house has a large front living room space with flat screen TV and wifi. The porch is a large space for visiting. There is a large wood burning fireplace in the front room. (Plenty of wood available for guests to have a fire.) Two full size couches provide additional sleeping space. There is one full bath which has a luxury cast iron tub and handheld shower. It is great for decompressing and relieving stress! Bring your bubbles and Epsom salt and relax away! There is a full kitchen and dining area which has a table that can seat up to 6 adults and more if you squeeze in, with piano bench. Two rooms have Queen size beds. A third Attic Bedroom with a Queen bed is a cozy tuck away but requires climbing a ladder to go up into the room. This space is like having a three bedroom apartment.

This home is "lived in" meaning that the home is not set up like a vacation rental which is bare of all personal items. No one will be in the space while you are renting! There will be space left in the fridge for your food but the kitchen will not be empty. You will love the views from the front porch and the living room and there is plenty of space for hanging out. There is also room for an air mattress (bring your own) to be set up in either the living room if extra space to rest is needed. Minimum stay is 4 nights and Maximum is 6 nights.

This home is separated into two living spaces. The back yard and the entrance to the back of the house are a separate long term rental apartment which is occupied by a single tenant. The entrance is separate and there is no shared space! The home is separated by a bolt locked door from the separate space and there is no visible contact with that part of the house. VRBO Renters should only use the front entrance and they should not go into the back yard. This home is being rented to pay off my kids college loans.
