Step inside and be instantly swept away to your peaceful vacation! The perfect place to make lasting memories! This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home situated on Lake Ontario is spacious enough for families but cozy enough to feel like a relaxing retreat.
Newly remodeled in 2022, everything about this home had been re-imagined and updated.

The beautiful wide open kitchen is a chefs dream! Even if you're not the best cook you'll probably find yourself spending a lot of time here. Equipped with all new appliances, large island with seating for 4 at the counter and seating for 8 around the dining table. Of course the main attraction in the kitchen is the huge 10 foot long window with incredible views of Lake Ontario. You might want to wash all your dishes by hand although you'll have the dishwasher as an option too.
The sweet tooth themed bedroom is a kids fantasy! Bunk bed with pull out trundle bed makes staying here feel like magic. The hidden surprise in the closet will transport the kiddies to a whole new universe and keep their imaginations running wild!
Having an additional bedroom with a comfy queen bed and access to a full bathroom with shower on the first floor is a perfect option or solution for anyone who can't navigate stairs to a second floor.
Massive 2nd floor primary suite includes beautiful panoramic views of Lake Ontario, gas fireplace, large walk-in closet and spa like bathroom with large shower, double vanity, radiant heated floors and lots of natural light. You might not want to leave this bedroom!
Outside is the gem of this property. Step out one of the 2 sliding glass doors to the spacious 1,200sf deck where you can bbq on the grill, gather around the firepit, or use the huge park-like backyard Enjoy water sports when the lake is calm, fishing off the rocks, or even a quick bike ride or walk to Hamlin Beach State Park.

Frank and Stephanie have a beautiful home. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great views and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a bonfire by the lake one evening was enjoyable too. They responded promptly to questions I had. We had beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises every day.

Perfect Lakefront Property

My wife, French Bulldog, and I just finished a one week stay at this property and would give it more than five stars, if possible. The location is perfect for people who want to explore the area, but also want privacy and peace. The house has everything you need and is such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The house is in great shape and extremely clean. You are a quick drive to Rochester, Niagara Falls, and the Finger Lakes region should you choose to leave the comforts of the property. We had a great experience all around and would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Lake Ontario Perfection

This well equipped and very well maintained home on the lakefront was perfect for our vacation. The design takes advantage of the scenic views that surround the property. Walking trails at Hamlin Beach State Park are minutes away.

Superb location and grounds. Spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. As advertised, a tranquil setting. Bonus: After arriving in the wee hours of the morning, we especially appreciated the doughnuts the next morning with our coffee.

Wonderful

Best house we have ever rented. The house is huge and beautiful. The lake is so serene. This home had everything you could ask for. We loved sitting at the firepit and watching the sunsets.

Great Lakeside Vacation Accommodations

Great stay in all ways!

This is an open-concept house that is beautifully designed. It is modern, but very welcoming and comfortable. Lake Ontario's views are fantastic and the house is very close to great tributary fishing. It was incredibly clean and the house directions were clear and simple. It is the first rental I've had of any kind where the pictures don't do the house and views justice! Very relaxing vibe all around--thank you!

Lake fun with the family and grandchildren!

We were so pleased with every aspect of the home. It was impeccably decorated and housekeeping was 100%. The owners have thought of all the extras a family would need from a well stocked kitchen to bedrooms with plenty of linens /outlets and even a secret children’s area. The grandkids played 24/7 outside at the lake edge or in the yard. Thank you for being such gracious host. We hope to return.

Lake home of our dreams

The house was absolutely immaculate and the house has everything you can think of to make you feel at home. We came in to a nice cool house with the most spectacular view of lake Ontario. The owners were very very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We can't wait to book again in the near future and make more unforgettable memories. The sunrise and sunset were the most stunning we've ever seen in our lives. Thank you for providing such an amazing home with all high end appliances and plenty of amenities.

Beautifully remodeled with a fantastic view

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our 3 kids and it was more than we could have hoped for! It was beautifully remodeled throughout the entire house, fully stocked with everything you could need, and the yard was the perfect space for the kids to run around…and that view!! It’s stunning. As with any lake front property, you’ll run into bugs…the owners could put in some Zevo plugs throughout the house and this would do the trick to catch any that enter the house. Overall, highly recommend. If we’re in the area, we will definitely book this property again.

I stay at a lot of VRBO home and hotels. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to how clean a house should be, bedding, pillows and how the place should be stocked. Well, this has to be the BEST place I have stayed at thus far via VRBO. Stephanie was always so responsive. The home looks new on the inside, like it was recently a full renovation. The thing is, they didn't go cheap. From the furniture to the linens. The kitchen has to be the best stocked for sure. I was actually sad when I had plans around the town, we all rather would have just stayed and enjoyed the view and hang out on the deck. I need to have more time to enjoy the place, so we are already talking about planning another trip up North and hope this home will be available. Please don't change anything! I'm looking forward to another great experience. Side note: the bedroom upstairs is wonderful. if you need to have it dark to sleep after the sun comes up ( at least during the summer), you might want to consider a sleep mask over your eyes. There is SO much natural light, which is great, but when the sun comes up, it's very light in the room, due to the 4 sky lights. It forced me to get out of bed and not sleep in. Other than that, this place is awesome.

Life IS better at the lake...especially at this VRBO!

This lake house is amazing and completely remodeled...gorgeous! Our week began enjoying an Easter dinner that we prepared in this beautiful and fully stocked kitchen all while taking in the breathtaking lake view from the expansive kitchen window! The master bedroom and bath is dreamy, spacious, and beautiful! You will not want to walk away from the view of the lake from the 2nd floor master bedroom balcony...mesmerizing! The Hamlin State Park is right down the road so bring your bikes to explore it! We rested, relaxed, and got rejuvenated! Frank and Stephanie are the ultimate hosts, great communicators, and have the most beautiful properties to rent! All you need to bring is your clothes! The house is equipped with everything else needed for your stay! You will not be disappointed (and you will not want to leave!) We will always cherish the memories we made in this "home away from home on the lake" and we are already planning our return trip for the fall! :-)

Quiet, stunning

The community is quiet and location is about 20 - 25 min from activities such as mini golf and icecream. Which was perfect for our busy family of six. We have four kids ages 13, 15, 17 and 19. There is a large yard. We brought many yard games and enjoyed the scenery and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are very pleasant. We did a charter fishing trip rental one day on Lake Ontario. Caught ten fish, nine of which were over 20lbs. Hamlin state park is a short drive down the road. I would not ride a bike there. It is free to get in after 5pm. We brought large rafts to float on calm days on Lake Ontario while at the house since there is not a dock. We only did that one day since the waves can be quite choppy. We drove to the southern tip of lake Seneca and rented a pontoon another day. We also hiked Watkins Glen. That hike was amazing. Lake Seneca is calm and perfect to rent a boat on. I would not rent a boat on Lake Ontario unless you know what you are doing. The property was clean and hosts very responsive to anything during the week. We also took a day and went to Niagara Falls. We stopped any local icecream and farmers market to enjoy the locals. We very much enjoyed this home and would highly recommend it. The interior was spotless and well kept. The out front landscape could use some loving since that is the first thing you see when you pull up. I soon forgot about that after entering the beautiful home and the surprise that waited for us on the counter.
