Renee was an amazing host. Making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay and ample supplies for making food and desserts for my son. It felt like a home away for home for all of us.
Our Host Renee was super, very informative and just an all around nice person. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who would like to spend time in Lexington… thanks Renee.
August 2026. Pre check in communication was timely and with clear instructions. The property was found to be exactly as described. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Located close to downtown and within a short driving distance to anything you would need. Highly recommend this property.
We were 2 women staying at this property which was close to the owners property. Renee, the host was fabulous, very communicative, and so sweet. The house was beautiful. We drove everywhere because things were spread out and it was easier. Would recommend a stay there.
This house is great! Very comfortable, cute and cozy. There was 4 adults and it was a great space. Convenient to everything downtown. Don’t miss this house for your next stay in Lexington!
Lovely place, very clean, spacious and really appreciated the welcome basket. The garage was a great bonus for bringing in our luggage. Close to the park, bakery and downtown.

Great Guest. Left the house in great condition. Would recommend this guest to all host out there!
Two couples in town for a football game. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Plenty of space for the four of us.
This was a beautiful property inside. Worked out very well for the two of us. It is close to town and everything was easily accessible. It was great having the garage.
As soon as we walked in, my boyfriend and our friend were congratulating me on finding such a great place! The house was clean and cozy. We were going to the Kentucky 3 Day Event at the Horse Park, and it wasn't a bad drive there at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Nice place. Super spotless. We really liked our stay. Our only quibble is that it is not clear from listing or pictures is that the second bedroom has no attached bath. Bedroom upstairs bathroom downstairs. Kind of a bummer for a late nite trip to the loo. Overall nice clean place.
Lovely updated house with a fantastic backyard. We loved sitting outside and drinking coffee. The area had some very cute cafes and breweries that we also enjoyed. The area is gentrifying and so is a little tired but we never were worried about anything. Our dog stayed with us and he loved exploring the back patio.
I would HIGHLY recommend Renee and her property. We had looked for a place that would accommodate us and our pets during out stay in Lexington for UK Graduation. Her property was everything we asked for and more. Pet friendly, centrally located and very reasonably priced. It was a wonderful change from high priced units that leave you no ability to afford seeing the sites. Checkin/out was easy and not confusing, and our host was superb....I would love her as my own neighbor!
The property is ok, not comparable to what we paid to stay. Beds dipped in the middle and not comfortable. Showers have no base under the tubs which creeked like you were about to fall through the floor. Location to campus is good but neighborhood was sketchy. Bakery within walking distance was great but not a neighborhood to walk in after dark.
The house itself is nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because we had to change vehicles at the last minute because we have a Van which would not have fit in the driveway at all and if we had guests they would not have had a place to park. The garage is meant for sub compact small cars only. I only knew about the garage size after booking. Luckily our friends backed out. Very tight to get in and out of the driveway as its more an alley. The host was great.
