Palms unit 5205- Located a mere 2 miles to the beach and walking distance to area shopping and restaurants. This condo and complex has something for everyone. The condo is open and spacious with a primary bedroom and bathroom and guest bedroom and bath. The kitchen opens into the dining and living area that opens onto the screened in porch. You will enjoy those summer nights out on the porch! Do you enjoy laying by the pool? Well you are in luck, there is a wonderful community pool. This unit is located on the second floor and there is off street parking at the community for 2 cars.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $155.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
